Usage terms
Altaeco provides free of charge to the projectionists who prescribe their products in an area of their own web site to publish, always free of charge, the proper “ User Contributions “ ( as the information is hereby defined, the photo and material of any type which you supply or directly loaded inside the site ).
By using the services offered by this site you declare, as far as Altaeco SPA hereby the owner of the Appiani, Ceramica Bardelli, Ceramica Vogue and Gabbianelli brands, is concerned, your explicit acceptance of the terms of use described as follows.
1. You accept that the area inside the site is intended for the promotion of the Altaeco products, which reserves the right to forbid the publication of images and information which, by final judgement, would be considered unsuitable with this particular objective.
2. You guarantee to hold all the authorizations, licenses, consensuses and necessary rights to enable publicatiof your “ User Contributions “ and to permit Altaeco to use the same by virtue of the instructions indicated on the web site. You accept not to load or publish no User Contribution which is subject to third party ownership rights.
3. You accept to be the sole person responsible for the “ User Contributions “ supplied by you and accept to respond to third parties as a consequence of their loading and publication inside the site, thereby excluding Altaeco from any responsibility and obligation.
4. By virtue of the publication of its “ User Contributions “, you confer upon Altaeco :
A) The authorization to use such information and material according to the means to allow the function of the web site and within the employment of various promotional activities and communications of the proper site.

6. The services are free of charge and supplied “ As they are “. Altaeco does not guarantee that :
A) Your use of the service satisfies your needs
B) Any information obtained from usage of the service is free of error, precise and reliable
C) Your use of the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of error
7. You exempt Altaeco from any responsibility for any indirect or consequential damage which might occur from usage of the service, including profit loss or commercial reputation.
8. You accept that whomever might desire to make contact with you as a result of the visibility space offered to you will do so the first time via the same site.
9. Altaeco allows public search operators the permission to copy material from the site with the scope of creating search indexes of available published material. You also accept that your personal data and any other data supplied could appear in the search engines.
